The problem: Kids are messy! Cute, but messy. Parents have endless loads of laundry to do. Ain't nobody got time for one more thing to wash.
The solution: Diaper changing mats and high chair mats--made of the most luxurious, yet wipeable leather. Even a diaper change can seem glamorous and fun on a Lark mat!
This was my "business baby number 2". My key roles were ideation, branding, operations.
We had over $4000 in sales within the first month launching. Less than a 2% return rate.
